We want you to be completely satisfied with your sculpture from Iris Jean. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your piece, you may return it in original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

 

Please note the following terms and conditions:

- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Q: Can I return a custom-made item?
A: Unfortunately, custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

A: Yes, please try ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, if you add more bubble wrap or padding, you will g

A: You can exchange your item for a different product of equal or lesser value. Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
